First Environmental started in 1997 at an apartment home office with the dream to provide waste management services. That started a path towards exemplary service at a fair price. We've grown over the years expanding our services, team and equipment. From a one-person operation at its beginning, First Environmental now services clients across the Southeast, operates three Georgia-based facilities and provides for our employees and their families with new and exciting career path opportunities.

Adding the latest tools for industrial vacuum services and hydroblasting are part of that development. Creating new service lines to support our client's differing needs has brought remediation and abatement solutions for various projects. Solving our customer's problems is still our focus. Understanding the scope, executing it, and delivering a job done correctly, on-time, on-budget, every time, is what we do.

When it comes to our brand, the slogans on the back of our shirts come from our team, and embody how they perform every day.

Employee Spotlight

Caleb joined First Environmental almost 4 years ago as a field technician after he graduated from high school. He has been a great asset to our company since day one. We have seen a tremendous amount of growth in Caleb as he has obtained his CDL, he is asbestos certified and is now a candidate in our Supervisor Training Program. In a vote of his peers in 2024 Caleb was also awarded the title Mr. First Environmental, not to mention he is a great water blaster.

His goals for the future are to continue to grow and strengthen his knowledge with the company and to become a Supervisor in 2025. When asked what he likes most about working at First Environmental his reply was that he enjoys the fact that there is such a variety of scopes, and every day there is a different type of work.

From a personal standpoint Caleb has had some major growth as well. He was recently married last year, and he and his wife are currently expecting their first child. Caleb enjoys fishing in his spare time. Part of Caleb’s 10-year plan is to continue climbing the FEN ladder. He also looks forward to purchasing his first home with his wife and continuing to expand his family.
